Many Layered Blossoms

Thank you for popping in!

I want to quickly share with you a set of cards I have made up featuring the Many Layered Blossoms dies.  These dies also have a co-ordinating stamp set and to be honest I actually purchased the bundle for the stamp set but couldn't resist putting these cards together this afternoon only using the dies. There are actually two layers that once put together, give you added dimension with next to little effort.

The card bases I have used are from the Flowers for Every Season Memories and More cards and envelopes pack and feature the new 2020-2022 In-Colours.  Stampin' Up! have put a lot of thought in choosing these particular colours.  I've had a bit of a play with them and they work well with many of the existing colours that Stampin' Up! have.

Supplies:

Flowers for Every Season Memories and More cards and envelopes pack
Whisper White Card Stock
Vellum Card Stock
Blossoms In Bloom Bundle

To begin I die cut my first blossom layer in Vellum card stock.  These are the dies with the thicker outline. Then I die cut the top layer in Whisper White card stock using the second blossom die which has the thinner outline. I very carefully adhered this onto the vellum using Tombow liquid glue. The two die cuts are an exact fit which makes gluing them together quite easy.

Once all five were done, I glued each piece onto a card base once again using only a teeny tiny amount of Tombow behind the centre of each flower and on the end leaves of each sprig. I will add a sentiment from the co-ordinating Blossoms in Bloom stamp set when I need to give them away. The stamp set has many different sentiment options so it will be a very versatile set to have in your collection.
