Hello and welcome!
Today I'm sharing two more cards I created using the Posted For You Bundle. I have also used the In Good Taste Series Paper (DSP). This DSP pack has more sheets than the regular packs and is full of wonderful textures.
These cards were super easy and quick to create and you don't need a lot of products to make them. One design, two colour palettes - feminine and masculine.
- Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch
- Tasteful Textiles 3D Embossing Folder
- Cut & Emboss Machine
- Specialty Plate (for 3D embossing folders)
- Cardstock: Whisper White A4 Thick and Regular, Rococo Rose, Sahara Sand, Early Espresso
- DSP: In Good Taste
- Inks: Rococo Rose, Early Espresso
- Linen Thread
- Rococo Rose Scalloped Linen Ribbon
I began with a card base and added a matting layer 6/8" smaller on two sides. On top of this I added a piece of cardstock the same colour as my card base, 1/8" smaller on two sides than the matting layer. Before gluing down, I ran this through my Cut & Emboss Machine using the Tasteful Textiles 3D Embossing Folder.
Using the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch, I punched out five pieces from a co-ordinating piece of DSP from the In Good Taste pack and then glued them down on top. Grabbing the Linen Thread, I wrapped this around twice and tied it just slightly right of centre allowing enough room for my sentiment.
The sentiment was stamped in co-ordinating ink and trimmed. For the feminine card, I cut a small piece of Scalloped Linen Ribbon and glued this under my sentiment. Once completed, I glued this whole piece onto my card front.
