Thinking Of You feat. Extraordinary Flora Bundle - Colour INKspiration Challenge #190

 




Hello and welcome!

Join me as I showcase my latest project for Colour INKspiration Challenge #190.  This Challenge will run from Wednesday 25 June to Monday 7 July.  Fellow Crew member, Nikki Spencer chose the photo for this Challenge which inspired our analogous colour scheme.  The lovely Yvonne Spikmans Van-Bruggan from The Creative Teacup, is our Guest Designer.  I can't wait to go and see what everyone has created.

My card features the amazing Extraordinary Flora Bundle.  This also comes with co-ordinating Washi Tape which doesn't make an appearance in this project but please do go and check it out. I've combined this Bundle with the Foiled Frames & Labels Ephemera Pack and the Brushed Brass Butterflies to create a soft and delicate focal point.

For the background, I used a piece of Designer Paper from Country Lace which also gives some lovely subtle texture.



The inside of the card was finished off by layering a piece of Crumb Cake under a piece of Basic White and adding a flower in the bottom right corner.

Delightful Birthday Wishes - Colour INKspiration Challenge #189


 


Hello and welcome!

Join me for another Colour INKspiration Challenge.  The colour palette for this challenge was inspired by a photo chosen by myself and our Guest Designer is the amazing Petra Noeth who just happens to be on the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team.  Please head over to our Facebook Group here to see what the Crew Members have designed and be inspired by these gorgeous colours.

My card features the Delightful Wishes Bundle which I've teamed with the Everyday Arches Dies.  A Secret Sea matting layer provides contrast under the open die-cut features in diagonal corners.   Ink blending provides background colour on the arch as well as the flowers and foliage on the focal point. There is a die to provide centres for each of the flowers and you could once again do a little ink blending for colour however I went with using the 2025-2027 In Colour Flat Pearls in Secret Sea.   To add a little sparkle I added three clear gems from the Opal Rounds Assortment.


To complete the card on the inside, I repeated the matted die-cut feature of the front only doing the bottom left corner leaving plenty of room for a hand written message.
